CREATIVES is the Ashmolean’s group for young people aged 16-19
This archived blog of CREATIVES meetings, shows the people we met and things we did from September 2016 – December 2018.
From January 2019 CREATIVES now meets on the FIRST THURSDAY of each month from 4-6pm. Check the website for dates. At our meetings we:
- visit the latest exhibitions and get behind the scenes
- work as a team to plan and run events for the public
- meet Museum staff and explore careers in the cultural sector
- develop new skills and meet other young people
- represent the voice of young people at The Ashmolean
- participate in artist-led workshops
